Sr. Engineer, Utility (HVAC)

协助助理总监制定公用介质部门管理策略及规则。管理并实施公用介质系统的机械，电气，自动系统维修维护工作，故障解决。根据生产情况制定合理的介质供应维护计划。提高能源运行效率降低能耗水平。并稳定地提供产品相关的业务、员工和访客需要的动力介质供应，以营造一个良好的工作环境，支持或驱动业务发展。

Typical Accountabilities 主要职责

Utility system Operation & Maintenance 公用介质系统运行和维修

• Assist manager in developing management policies and rules for the utility team 协助制定公用介质部门管理策略及规则

• Responsible for the training of related engineers in the department 负责本部门相关工程师的培训工作

• Responsible and manage for utility system PM 负责和管理公用工程系统设备的预防性维修维护

• Predict potential breakdown and recover operation quickly and actively. 预测潜在故障，高标准快速的恢复设备运行， 并积极参与应急维修

• Develop and maintain work standard specification and process procedure 制定和维护技术标准和操作程序

• Perform facility program regarding repair and improvement on the existing mechanical facilities 执行现有设施相关更新及改造的计划

• Spare parts management and consumed record. 维修备件管理和领用记录

• Management of outsource provider team of utility team 对公用介质团队的服务商进行管理
