Job Description Test Engineer (NPI & Production Testing) Position Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Test Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI), production testing, debugging, and technical project coordination in an EMS/PCBA manufacturing environment. The role involves developing and executing test strategies, troubleshooting product failures, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring smooth production test operations. The ideal candidate should have strong electronics testing knowledge, hands-on debugging experience, and exposure to ICT, FCT, and functional testing processes.
