Sr. Engineer

Responsibilities:

+ New product design and development for homebase cleaning products.
+ Work with Chief engineer to define CTQ, make Prototype and benchmark testing.
+ Work with PMO on project schedule and Phase Gate (SBD’s New Project Development Process) documentation.
+ Weekly project review with team and provide engineering solution for the design/testing issues

Qualification:

+ Bachelor or above degree on Mechanical, 5+years working experience on Mechanical design, Cleaning product design preferred.
+ Strong CATIA, AutoCAD or ProE Etc. ability.
+ Good knowledge on plastic tooling, better to have experience on molding process.
+ Good communication skill in English (Fluent written and oral)
+ Have experience on leading a small group
+ Prefer to teamwork with other groups
+ Strong engineering issue solving capability and quick action
+ Quick learner
