Job Description

What YouWill Do

  • 1.Quality Management system:Assist supervisor and QMS to develop, maintain and optimize quality system (ISO9000 & IATF16949), conduct internal audit for system / process / product, follow environmental and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by stated policies and procedures.
  • 2.Quality continual improvement: Periodic review the quality performance with Team for continual quality improvement,To monitor all activities and drive improvement through prevention, Lean / Six Sigma/ WSK projects.
  • 3.Customer satisfaction:Deal with customer quality issues and complains, support the customer audit and drive quality improvement activities to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • 4.PDP Process:Work with NPI team to implement & optimize AQP process on new projects for Flawless Launch,drive to identify the risk by PFMEA and develop error proofing solution in early phase. Guide technician to provide PPAP packages.
