Sr Engineer Design

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler specializing in Scan-to-BIM workflows. You will be responsible for transforming complex point cloud data into high-accuracy 3D models using Autodesk ReCap and Revit, ensuring seamless integration between real-world site conditions and proposed engineering design.

Key Responsibilities:

·3D Model Generation: Develop detailed 3D models from Point Cloud data for specific plant areas, adhering strictly to the project-defined Level of Development (LOD).

·Spatial Validation: Superimpose processed point clouds and generated 3D models over existing or Work-in-Progress (WIP) layouts to verify spatial accuracy.

·Clash Detection: Run comprehensive interference checks between proposed designs and existing site conditions using Navisworks.
