Sr. Engineer, Customer/Manufacturing Quality

Responsibilities

• Ensure that changes in the assigned area do not result in quality non‑conformities.
• Verify that no non‑conforming units from the assigned area leave the factory or reach the customer.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by diligently handling customer requests, feedback, and complaints related to the assigned area.
• Use signals, data, tools and resources to support the above responsibilities.
• Interact with operators, technicians, line QCs, and work with cross‑functional teams; liaise with BE counterparts and business groups as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience in process or quality engineering, change management and handling customer complaints.
• Strong proficiency in FMEA, SPC, process characterization, and data‑driven problem‑solving.
