Your Job
Work independently to develop and optimize assigned automation project.Continuously improve production manufacturing technology. Troubleshoot and solve equipment issues with regards to ongoing production as well as with new product introductions.
What You Will Do
Work independently for automation equipment design & manufacturing & qualification.
Come out the feasibility report for the Semi-auto & automation project.
Conduct automation equipment proposal & design.
Upgrade or modify nonstandard automation equipment & tooling, evaluate the settings and conditions of equipment & tooling after being modified or upgraded.
Support manufacturing operations to dramatically improve the quality and efficiency.
Edit the document for machine.
Maintain a base knowledge of key technologies. 
Share technologies and best practices throughout the company.
