Job Summary

• Ensure the confirmation of product quality in line with drawing


• Delivery of product as per drawing / customer requirement at each phase of build


• Establish quality control at each stage of manufacturing with help of AME to meet product requirement

Main Responsibilities

• Deployment of customer specific requirement


• Gauge identification for new program


• Measuring equipment identification to meet product requirement


• APQP gate closer as per program time line


• Gauge report sign off with as per Program Target & time line


• Submission of PPAP documents & PSW Sign off as per time


• Close Coordination with PD/ PM / Mfg to ensure all the issue reported during Builds to be close before SOP


• Weekly meeting with customer for warranty concerns if any


• Coordinate with PM / PD/ Mfg and customer for ...
