We are looking for a Sr. Director of Growth & Experimentation to own the web experimentation and growth function for Microsoft’s commercial web experiences, setting the strategy, operating model, measurement discipline, and roadmap for how we use data, experimentation, personalization, and AI-assisted experiences to improve customer journeys and drive measurable business impact.

As Sr. Director of Growth & Experimentation, you will build and lead a team responsible for identifying the highest-value growth opportunities across Microsoft.com, building the business cases behind them, defining the experimentation roadmap, and scaling proven learnings into always-on experiences.
