Sr. Director of Demand Planning & Purchasing

This opportunity may be based out of other Reyes Beverage Group locations.
Position Responsibilities:

+ Partner with Suppliers, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Finance to develop an accurate consensus forecast for the enterprise through disciplined Sales and Operations Planning processes for Spirits & Wine.

+ Manage specific goals for inventory days on hand, product availability, forecast accuracy, inventory waste and employee engagement

+ Collaborate with key suppliers to develop strategic demand and inventory plans, along with developing joint supply chain policies to improve productivity across organizations

+ Host Supplier top-to-top meetings to build strong working relationships between teams, align on joint supply chain initiatives, review key performance indicators and develop common supply chain operating goals
