About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to lead our Ecommerce Delivery

Practice, driving excellence in ecommerce solutioning, implementation, operations,

and delivery governance across all client engagements. This role calls for a strategic

thinker with strong technical depth, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and

a proven track record of scaling ecommerce practices in a fast-paced digital or media

ecosystem.

The Head of Ecommerce Delivery Practice will own the practice vision, capability

roadmap, delivery health, quality benchmarks, and P&L oversight, ensuring our clients

receive market-leading ecommerce execution and measurable business impact.
