**The Role**

As the Senior Director of Cloud Native Specialists, you will be the primary architect of Dynatrace’s global approach to the modern, containerized enterprise. This leadership mandate sits at the intersection of Platform Engineering, Kubernetes (K8s), and Multi-cloud strategy.
Beyond serving as a visionary for the technical vanguard, you will recruit, mentor, and manage a elite team of Cloud Native Specialists. You will be responsible for their professional development and for scaling their impact across our Global Sales and Customer Success organizations, ensuring we navigate the complexities of Day-2 operations for the world's largest ephemeral architectures.
