**Job Responsibilities**

+ **AI Solution Implementation & Delivery**
+ Develop, test, and deploy full‑stack AI applications using IBM watsonx and other AI/ML frameworks tailored to HR use cases (e.g., talent acquisition, employee experience & engagement, workforce analytics, learning & development, people operations, etc.).
+ Build and maintain agentic workflows and orchestration layers that connect HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow.
+ Implement APIs, microservices, and system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity across HR technologies.
+ Develop RAG pipelines, vector stores, and embedding workflows, including observability and debugging tools for LLM applications
