Senior Cybersecurity Specialist (Help Desk Focus)

Key Responsibilities
Perform vulnerability management, remediation, and patching activities
Manage and monitor endpoint security tools, including CrowdStrike EDR
Conduct malware screening for sensitive files, including government-related drawings and contracts
Help improve IT service delivery, reduce ticket backlog, and enhance overall support processes
