**Sr Continuous Improvement Engineer / Shingo Expert**

Responsible for improving the productivity, efficiency and flow of manufacturing processes by eliminating waste.

**Your role:**

+ Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, controls, and production flows to improve efficiency, safety, and cost management.

+ Analyze production data, engineering specs, and schedules to define effective systems integrating people, materials, machines, and energy.

+ Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring proper staffing, capabilities, adherence to business processes, and CAPEX accountability.

+ Build strong cross-functional relationships, supporting CAPA, CIPs, sourcing decisions, make‑or‑buy analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Drive plant‑level transformation, innovation, automation, and the creation of new standards and processes across business units.
