Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and technical specifications.
• Construct install and repair structures and fixtures made of wood plywood and other materials.
• Measure cut shape and assemble materials with precision using hand and power tools.
• Oversee and coordinate carpentry work on construction sites ensuring timely and highquality completion.
• Provide guidance and training to junior carpenters and apprentices.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and project requirements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers architects and other trades to ensure project success.
• Estimate materials costs and labor requirements for projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction.
