Your taskGeneration of the project Boilerplate documents which include Owner Specifications, Owner T&Cs, Dürr T&Cs, Site Specific Requirements, Compatibility Information etc.Coordinate, chair, and document Bid Package review meetings.Assemble Bid Package documentation, create price sheets, installation schedules, and distribute to bidders.Cost comparison sheets, analysis of commercial/technical information - mostly mechanical, structural, sheet metal commodities.Follow-up bid packs and integrate information from engineering, operations (installation) and project management.Provide answers to all bidders for any questions that occur during the bid cycle.Coordinate and document clarification meetings with potential subcontractors.Reports to global sourcing committee - provide analysis of offers recommendation for placement, pros-cons and results of bidding process (PO value vs budget).
