Sr Backend Engineer (Node.js)

We are building a new, large-scale multi-tenant healthcare platform designed for therapists to manage and document session notes securely and efficiently.

The product is currently in development (not a migration), with Figma designs already completed and a Flutter-based frontend in place. The system is being architected for scalability and long-term growth, with plans to expand the backend team after the first successful hire.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the backend architecture of a healthcare application from an early stage while collaborating directly with technical and business stakeholders.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to partner closely with the frontend lead (Flutter).
