• Participate directly in the design and development of automation projects for Resideo plants in Mexico.
• Modify automated equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Document, share, and train others on new automation engineering and integration devices.
• Capture and share lessons learned from ongoing development processes.
• Generate and publish relevant automation project reports for management.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance using preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Work with design and manufacturing engineering to define design criteria for new equipment.
