Job Description

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
 : Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related financial field required; CIA, CPA, CISA or willingness to pursue certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of auditing experience or related business experience required; Experience within the mutual fund or financial services industry preferred
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) required
Experience conducting operational/process audits preferred
Experience with data analytics concepts/tools preferred
MAJOR DUTIES:
Execute and document all phases of SOX-related processes, including risk-based planning, and evaluation of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), testing of key controls and preparation of remedication recommendations in accordance with SOX requirements. 
Assume the role of in-charge auditor as assigned; lead on-site engagements of non-Pittsburgh based Federated entities as well as third party service providers...
