•推进销售策略的执行和公司业务发展，管理所辖客户的销售和执行工作（包括：销量指标达成、销售活动执行及检查、费用监督及管理、应收账款管理等）。
• 所辖客户：NKA account

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 完成销售指标，督促并实现组织、执行并完成各项计划、目标；
  • 完成GTN指标，预算执行、控制及监督管理，确保费用使用的有效性及真实性；
  • 负责应收账款的管理,并平衡和控制客户投资与年度计划
  • 负责年度客户合同谈判，有效的动态化调整和规划并完美执行；
  • 负责协调管理各区客户的生意发展计划，驱动管辖客户的生意，实现增长；
  • 負責所屬客戶每周業績預估與例行性月報完成
  • 負責所屬客戶客情維護與客戶情報掌握和回饋
  • 通过有效数据分析，跟进客户库存管理、门店的拓展及分销、陈列执行；
  • 監督並指導分店人員於門市落實公司政策
  • 及时准确地向公司反馈市场动态，包括竞争状况、问题、阻碍和机会等；
