Sr Associate HR Data Analysis

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

In this vital role who will act in a capacity to capture business requirements, design, develop and test, then deliver Workday reporting solutions for HR, Managers, and Leaders. You will work directly with clients to effectively research, troubleshoot, and resolve reporting issues by using Workday, Excel and various reporting tools to meet the needs of the business. The job holder will work within the HR Systems and Solutions team reporting to the HR Reporting Manager.

Responsibilities:

+ Partner with key stakeholders to deliver on cyclical activities by using your reporting expertise (Performance Cycles, Annual Compensation Cycles, System Audits, etc.), advocating for continuous improvements and problem solving related to the processes
+ Design and deliver Workday reports to stakeholders that request through the Amgen reporting case management platform
