Job Description

+ Serve as the primary technical interface to FAE’s and customers for design-in activities, including requirements discovery, solution recommendation, and technical risk assessment.
+ Lead customer debug and issue-resolution efforts: reproduce issues in the lab, perform root-cause analysis, drive cross-functional escalation, and provide timely status updates and corrective action plans.
+ Plan and execute product validation and characterization to demonstrate performance, robustness, and compliance to customer use-cases (efficiency, transient response, loop stability, thermal, protection features, and system-level interactions).
+ Develop, validate, and maintain evaluation boards and reference designs (schematic, layout review, BOM optimization), and provide clear setup guidance to enable rapid customer evaluation.
