Sr Application Eng Supervisor

+ 10–12+ years of experience in Honeywell Advanced Application like Alarm Management and Asset Performance Management
+ Minimum 2–4 years of experience leading or supervising technical teams.
+ Hands-on experience with customer-facing engineering roles.
+ Strong leadership and people-management skills.
+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
+ Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of Application Engineers working in Dynamo & Asset Performance Management applications.
+ Delegate various tasks to the team members
+ Conduct performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and create development plans for team members.
+ Promote best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement within the team.
+ Collaborate with GTAC and Development team to deliver solution in timely manner.
