Responsibilities:

1. Make Sure the IBC’s Sales Journey , working with other business teams on the consistency of CMS´s programs. Provide the best experience (Digital and Physical) and visibility of the benefits to ensure consistency and impact the KPI´s results. Focus on 360º Journeys and Activations , working with the Communication, Education, and CRM team to ensure loyalty. Always evaluate the results of these journeys and propose continuous improvement adjustments. Analyze digital trends: apps, live shopping, and digital trade practices. Identify what should be maintained, modified, or improved.
2. This position is responsible for day-by-day control of CMS promotions calendar , working with all support teams since the planning phase , controlling system and promotion files , until the launch period in order to ensure the best experience for the ISF and the as...
