Scope

Effective coordination and execution of airfreight operations and pricing in line with the PSA BDP standard procedure.

Responsibilities

Pricing

•Airfreight rate negotiation. •Monitor and data maintenance of quotations and win-loss ratio •Keep track record for airline contract rates (validity/expiry) •Maintain healthy relation with partners .

Operation

•Inbound Shipment Management: Oversee and execute the daily operations of air import shipments from origin to final destination delivery, ensuring optimal routing, cost efficiency, and tracking. • Documentation & Compliance: Review, prepare, and process essential import documentation, including Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), Delivery Orders, Customs Entries, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists • Customs & Regulatory Coordination: Coordinate closely with Customs Brokers to ensure timely customs clearance.
