Sr AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions from problem definition to production deployment Architect scalable and efficient ML pipelines and data workflows Design and implement advanced models (NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, etc.) Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in ML development Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production Drive adoption of MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, model governance) Conduct research and apply cutting-edge techniques in AI/ML Ensure model explainability, fairness, and compliance standards Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field 10 years of professional experience in AI/ML development Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn Deep understanding o...
