Sr. Advisor II, Commercial Performance

The **Sr. Advisor II, Commercial Performance** will be the primary liaison between the front office, Commercial Finance & Risk and AES organizations, overseeing and optimizing Commercial cash conversion activities to decrease working capital usage. This role partners closely with the Commercial front office and trading leadership to ensure strong cash flow discipline across the business. The position will proactively identify opportunities to accelerate cash generation, optimize working capital, mitigate financial risk and drive higher returns.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, proven Commercial front office experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders within a fast‑paced trading environment.
