Job Description
We are seeking an **Sr. Advance System Engineer – VE/CE** to provide **technical, functional,** and executing **value engineering, component engineering, and cost‑out initiatives** .
This role has end‑to‑end ownership for **VE/CE strategy execution** , project prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and talent development, while ensuring delivery of measurable productivity, and design‑to‑cost outcomes across product portfolios.
+ Partner closely with **Product Engineering, and Project Engineering teams of HBA, Program Management, Sourcing, and Procurement** to identify and realize VE/CE opportunities.
+ Review Project inputs, specifications & Drawings should be able to gather the scope and complete requirements for the project.
+ Field and Panel Device Selection, Control Valves (Electric and Pneumatic), Damper and Actuator sizing and Selection.
+ Designing the Network Architecture, Network Traffic Calculation and Network Device Selection.
