Sr Advanced Systems Engr

We are seeking an **Sr. Advance System Engineer – VE/CE Projects** to provide **technical, functional,** and executing **value engineering, component engineering, and cost‑out initiatives** .

This role has end‑to‑end ownership for **VE/CE strategy execution** , project prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and talent development, while ensuring delivery of measurable productivity, margin, and design‑to‑cost outcomes across product portfolios.

+ Lead and manage a **Global VE/CE engineering team** , providing technical direction, coaching, and performance management.
+ Own **VE/CE delivery for assigned product lines** , with accountability for cost‑out pipeline creation, prioritization, and execution of Process Automation
+ Ownership to deliver technically correct solutions based on project Specifications, RFQ, Architecture, etc.
