The Field Application Engineer (FAE) will act as a technical bridge between sales, customers, and product teams within the Building Management Systems (BMS) domain. The role **is primarily focused on pre-sales solutioning, technical consulting, and customer engagement** , with an additional responsibility of providing **targeted post-sales field support and escalations.**

This position requires a strong ability to **design, position, and validate solutions** , along with hands-on expertise to support deployment challenges across both **software and hardware** layers of building automation systems.
