Sr. Accountant

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join a team in Omaha, Nebraska in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This role is suited for a finance specialist who can manage core accounting activities, support a timely month-end close, and investigate variances with accuracy and sound judgment. The position also partners with internal stakeholders and external contacts to maintain reliable reporting, strong controls, and efficient day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger balances, identify exceptions, and resolve issues to maintain accurate financial records.
• Examine account activity and investigate fluctuations or unusual trends to support informed financial review.
