We’re partnering with a growing company in Houston seeking a Senior Fund Accountant. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience, Big 4 audit experience, and a CPA (or CPA in progress). This role offers strong exposure to fund operations, financial reporting, and investment accounting in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage accounting activities across multiple entities and funds

+ Maintain GL, cash, AP/AR, and intercompany balances

+ Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close

+ Reconcile balance sheet and cash accounts

+ Partner with fund administrators and support fund activity reviews

+ Prepare financial analysis and reporting including NAV, waterfalls, and capital calls

+ Prepare financial statements and support budgeting, forecasting, tax, and audi...
