Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to support financial operations for a manufacturing organization in Wisconsin. This role plays a key part in monthly close activities, financial reporting, and account analysis across multiple business units. The position also contributes to process improvement efforts, cross-functional support, and the development of team knowledge within the finance function.


Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

+ Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

+ Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in compliance with GAAP and company policies.

+ Review and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
