Sr Accountant - Financial Reporting

Support Center - IrvingThe Sr Accountant – Financial Reporting is critical in supporting the Company’s financial reporting and technical accounting functions. Reporting to the Manager – Financial Reporting, this position is responsible for preparing financial statements, supporting schedules, analysis, and disclosures, ensuring consistency across all financial reporting documents. This role plays a pivotal part in financial close cycles, audit readiness, and regulatory filings. This role requires cross-functional collaboration between accounting, finance, and operations departments as well as Internal and External Audit to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance within a high-performance accounting function.

Major Activities

Assist with the preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements (10-Q, 10-K, S-1) and tie out, including the accumulation of supporting documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy
