Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to support core accounting operations for a Long-term Contract position based in Pennsylvania. The role will contribute to timely reporting, balance sheet integrity, and consistent reconciliation of key accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met and financial results are recorded accurately.
• Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate support and alignment to accounting standards.
• Maintain the general ledger by reviewing account activity and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Perform detailed reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and investigate variances to completion.
