Job Description
-Supervise the complete scope of Quality (marketing, design, manufacturing, Supply chain, etc.) for an existing offer to improve Customer Experience - Analyze all data relative to quality (I2P, Customer survey or feed-back, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier, etc.) - Define annual quality targets and roadmap for offer in charge. Ensure effectiveness of quality improvement activities and drive follow-up with factories - Animate and ensure the efficiency of the Technical Complaint Analysis process, including physical return process with Analysis centers - Set-up the surveillance plan, make sure of timely execution and proper results monitoring and usage - Represent the customer in the Product Evolution Process.
