We’re looking for a highly skilled SQL Server DBA to take ownership of critical database environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity across production systems. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in complex environments and takes a proactive approach to database management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage backup strategies (full, differential, transaction logs)
• Perform test restores and maintain recovery runbooks
• Monitor backup jobs and ensure RPO compliance
• Monitor and troubleshoot SQL Agent jobs
• Maintain index optimization, statistics updates, and DBCC CHECKDB routines
• Manage job scheduling, dependencies, and alerts
• Monitor query performance and resolve bottlenecks
• Troubleshoot blocking, deadlocks, and wait stats
