YOUR ROLE

An SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering) Manager role focuses on ensuring suppliers consistently deliver materials that meet quality, reliability and delivery requirements.

• Manage supplier quality performance
• Lead Supplier quality qualification and approval process
• Conduct supplier audit (IATF, VDA 6.3 ,ISO process audit)
• Drive supplier SCAR,8D,CAPA
• Handle supplier related quality issue and containment
• Work with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, planning
• Ensure incoming material meet specification
• Lead the continuous improvement with suppliers
• Manage supplier changes notification and validation
• Manage the QA Engineering and QC operator

Your Skills & Experiences

• Degree in Engineering or sciences
• 5 years
• Certified VDA 6.3 lead auditor, IATF 16949 lead auditor,
• Problem solving, 5why, fishbone, 8D...
