Spray Painter

Capital SMART is Australia and New Zealand's leading accident repair network, with 60+ sites and industry-leading technology backing every repair. We're looking for a qualified Spray Painter to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm. You'll work in a modern, fully-equipped spray booth environment, delivering high-quality paint finishes on repaired vehicles — matching colour, achieving the right finish, and making sure every car that leaves the booth is something you're proud of.

What you'll be doing:

• Mixing and matching paints to manufacturer specifications using computerised colour matching systems
• Applying primers, base coats, and clear coats to repaired panels and full vehicles
• Blending and fading paint to achieve seamless colour matches
• Inspecting finished paintwork for quality before vehicles move to the detail stage
