This role focuses on performing precision spot welding on sheet metal and light-gauge materials in a clean, organized fabrication environment. You will set up and operate spot welding equipment, follow detailed blueprints and work instructions, and support related fabrication tasks to ensure high-quality hardware assemblies.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform spot welding on sheet metal and light-gauge materials in accordance with work instructions, blueprints, and welding symbols.
+ Set welding parameters on spot welding equipment and run existing programs to meet production and quality requirements.
+ Load and unload sheet metal components onto welding equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Make basic adjustments to welding equipment and programs to maintain proper weld quality and consistency.
