About the Role

Reed FE are supporting a leading education provider in their search for an enthusiastic and proactive Duty Officer to join a busy and vibrant Sports Centre.

You’ll take responsibility for day-to-day operations during your shifts, leading staff and ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the sports centre
• Deliver outstanding customer service to members, students and visitors
• Maintain the highest standards of health & safety , acting as Fire Marshal and First Aider when required
• Manage bookings, memberships, and facility usage
• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally
