An established alternative provision for children with a range of mental health and behavioural needs in Oxford is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP. The AP cater for children and young adults who have been excluded from mainstream education or are in a transition period before finding a place in a specialist setting. Many of the students have experienced trauma, have SEN, behavioural needs as well as other mental health issues. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant to develop their experience working with vulnerable young people with Behavioural Needs.
