Spend Management Supervisor

The Role:

Leads the day-to-day operations of spend and disbursement functions, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and reconciliation of accounts payable transactions. Provides data analysis and trend insights to support operational efficiency and maintains financial compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and validates spend and accounts payable ledgers for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversees month-end and year-end closing processes related to disbursement and accruals.
• Creates data analysis for spend and accounts payable using SAP and other reconciliation reports to identify trends and savings opportunities.
• Monitors cash flow for projects, advising account/project managers on variances and working capital issues.
