Roles and Responsibilities

• Hands‑on experience developing Salesforce 2nd‑generation unlocked packages, including package versioning, dependencies, and upgrade strategies.
• Proficient with SFDX CLI‑driven development workflows, using source‑driven development, scripting, and automation to support package‑based delivery.
• Deep experience with scratch org‑based development methodologies, including org shape management, iterative development, and validation in ephemerI environments.
• Lead the architecture, design and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools like Lightning flow creation.
• Lead the guide the offshore team and be the single point of contact for the scrum team.
• Need to resolve solutions independently and guide the full scrum team to follow the Truist process and implement required solutions.
