**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join CHI Franciscan Home Health team, to service the North Kitsap, Bremerton, Silverdale and Poulsbo areas. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose and treat patients with speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders for patients in their homes.
