+ Assesses and evaluates assigned clients

+ Develops Individual Education Plan or Individual Family Education Plan for those requiring direct or consultative services

+ Plans, initiates, and periodically re-assesses the effectiveness of program and services

+ Provides direct service to clients and consultative services to educational staff/parents

+ Occasionally facilitates the procurement of, fabricates, modifies, or adjusts adaptive equipment

+ Communicates with parents and educational/school therapy staff on a regular basis through telephone calls, meetings, or in writing
