Speech Pathologist Position

Hiawatha CUSD #426 has an opening for a full-time Speech Pathologist for the school year. Qualifications include a valid professional educator license with endorsement in Speech Language Pathology and a demonstrated desire to help all children. The position reports to the Director of Student Services. The job goal is to enable each student to take full advantage of the complete range of curricular and extracurricular activities offered by the district's schools by identifying and supporting student's speech and hearing needs. Performance responsibilities include working cooperatively with families, schools, and communities; fostering a positive educational environment that contributes to the growth and development of all children, especially those who are at-risk or disabled.
