Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Alief ISD (Houston, TX Area)

Alief ISD is hiring **5 Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)** for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, supportive district with multiple placement options across elementary and middle school settings.

**Start Date:** August 31, 2026
**Contract Length:** 45 weeks
**Hours:** 37 hours per week
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday
**Interview:** Virtual (with district Speech Coordinator)

**Compensation:**

+ **Local:** $65 per hour
+ **Travel:** Weekly take-home approx. **$2,521** (includes housing and meals)

**Position Overview**

The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy services to students with speech and language needs. This includes supporting IEP development, case management, and collaboration with staff and families to ensure student success.
