**Position Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated **Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)** to join a school-based team and support student success through comprehensive speech and language services. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing individualized plans, and delivering therapy services aligned with each student’s educational and clinical needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Conduct speech-language evaluations for students
+ Develop, implement, and document individualized therapy plans (IEPs)
+ Provide direct therapy services in accordance with established plans of care and physician orders
+ Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
